I am contacting you because we would like to use your translation service for our projects (SNCF France company).
However, our infrastructure has increased security.
For example, any communication with an external stream is blocked by default.
We therefore requested that the flow be opened to: api.wpml.org:443, so that we could validate the WPML licence and configure the plugin.
Example of the original error message:
"Connection error: Unable to get data from service. Detailed error: cURL error 35: OpenSSL SSL_connect: Connection reset by peer in connection to api.wpml.org:443".
This problem has now been solved. We have been able to check the licence and install the plugin. Now we're getting a new error message (for automatic translation, I think). But no feed is specified (see attached screenshot).
It reads:
Unable to connect to the Internet
WPML requires an Internet connection to translate the content of your site. If this message appears for the first time, please wait a minute, then reload the page. If the problem persists, contact WPML Support to ask for help and enter your website ID: 37366435-3563-5334-b338-323831643764.
Y has additional authorisation our side?
These requests are taking up a lot of our internal time, and we're due to go live shortly, so we really need your help.
