[Closed] Fatal Error in log - brought site down ?

Background of the issue:
Over the weekend, our site went down and came back up after we restarted the server. We checked the log and found a PHP Fatal error. I am unsure if this is a bug or just a hiccup. Symptoms:
The site went down over the weekend and a PHP Fatal error was logged: Uncaught BadMethodCallException: Method values does not exist.

Questions:
Any thought on what may have caused the issue?
Do we need to do anything on our end to prevent it from happening in the future?

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I’m happy to help you with this issue.

It sounds like a missing file or function in the WPML plugin folder on your site. I suggest you download a fresh copy of WPML plugin 4.6.13 from our site, delete the current WPML plugin, re-install it on your site with the new file download and observe the issue again.
