I am having issues with translating on my site hidden link using WPML. Some strings that were translated are not reverting back to English.

Strings that were translated are not reverting back to English.

How can I fix the issue with strings not reverting back to English?
What steps should I take if the documentation did not help?
Some of the things that i cant translate it the "Hot" on the product, and then on the top left in the arabic, the contact number, store locator and email is not able to translate.
And then the footer was translated in arabic, but then it just reverted back to english

Please visit WPML-> String Translation and enable the *Look for strings while pages are rendered* option of *Auto register strings for translation* section (on the bottom of the screen). Then, visit the front pages and check whether the issue exists.
