Before assigning your ticket to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.
Could you please go to WPML → Settings → Media Translation and make sure that the following options are enabled:
- Translate existing media in all languages
- Duplicate existing media for translated content
and hit the Start button?

In the German language, I see the URL of the image is: hidden link
In the English language, it is: hidden link
Somehow the permalink is broken in the English language. Please try to follow some troubleshooting steps below and see if it helps:
1. Resave permalink settings (Post name) in Settings > Permalinks.
2. Enable a minimal environment:
- Deactivate all non-WPML plugins
- Switch to the main theme Divi
3. Go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting > Click on some buttons
- [Page, Media] Synchronize posts taxonomies
- Clear the cache in WPML
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Fix element_type collation
- Fix WPML tables collation
- Fix terms count
- Fix post type assignment for translations

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.
It looks like there is something wrong with those images. I've tried to download the spin image to my computer and re-upload it to your site, update the image to the section on the home page > save changes > update the translation then it displays properly in the English language. hidden link
I suggest you can try to download those images > reupload them to your site and update the image in some sections on your site and translate the page again.
