This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to translate recurring content on an article page, but despite translating the text to Portuguese, the bottom of the page still shows English text. Additionally, the 'Contact support' pop-up appears in English even though you created a Portuguese version.
Solution:
We recommend translating the template where the recurring content and the pop-up are defined. You can do this by accessing the following link and translating the content there: Translate Template.
After translating, please verify if the button and the pop-up are displayed correctly in Portuguese.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. I'm trying to translate recurring content in article page.

As you can see at the bottom of the page in Portuguese version there's English text even tho I translated it to Portuguese.

Another issue with pop-ups on the same page, if you click "Contact support" pop-up will appear even tho I created another version for Portuguese.

Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.

✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.

Pop-ups magically started working as well (after I added other languages to this template)
