[Resolved] products do not show on second language
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: You are trying to display translated and published products in the second language on your site, but the products do not show in the second language. Solution: We recommend activating the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin to resolve this issue. After activation, please check your translated shop page to ensure that it works correctly.
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If issues persist, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket with us for further assistance.
This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.

Before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, I'd like to guide you through some initial debugging steps to speed up the support process.
To begin, please follow the below steps and let us know how it goes:
1. Take a backup of your site first for safety reasons.
2. We have recently released WPML 4.7.1, please update it to the latest version. You can update it from Plugins >> Add New Plugin page, click the Commercial tab, and then click the “Check for updates” button. Here is the screenshot for more details: https://wpml.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/wpml-force-plugin-update-1.png
3. Please make sure to install the WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency plugin which is required to make WooCommerce plugin multilingual, if the WPML is registered properly on your site you should be able to download it from Plugins >> Add New plugin > Commercial tab, or directly download it from WPML.org downloads page: https://wpml.org/download/woocommerce-multilingual-multicurrency/
4. If the issue persists, please try to follow the below procedure:
4.1. Open the default language product in Edit mode.
4.2. Make a small change, for example, add a space or + sign in your product title.
4.3. Update the product by pressing the “Update” button.
4.4. Now, please remove that small change that did in step #4.2.
4.5. Update the product again.
4.6. Now, please try to open the translated page in WPML Translation Editor and make sure the translation is 100% complete and press the complete translation button.
5. If the above steps don’t help, please share the page/product link where we can see the issue.
I'm Osama from WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.
I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.
❌ Please back up your database and website ❌
✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.
✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
