1. Visit the refund page directly at https://wpml.org/purchase/refunds/.
2. If you do not see the refund request button, it might be due to a browser extension. Try accessing the page using a different browser or device.
3. Alternatively, you can contact our administrative team directly by filling out the form at https://wpml.org/home/contact-us/contact-form/. They will assist you promptly.
Additionally, with your current subscription, you have access to 90,000 automatic translation credits. You can learn how to assign and use these credits on your site by visiting:

There might be a browser extension that doesn't allow you to see the button, so maybe try using a different browser or device.

PS: Just so you know, with the current subscription that you have, you get 90.000 automatic translation credits, in case you want to use the automatic translation functionality.
