if you click on my front page: hidden link and click on English version and then scroll up to the section i screenshoted. the right side is a short code from a form which is not translated. How would i do that? I also find the shortcode in the Advanced Translate Editor as you can see attached.
If it does not work to translate the shortcode i added the form as a widget under the original one but this still does not show up for me to translate in wpml

Could you please create a test page named "WPML Test" and add this shortcode?
After that, I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
