Hi, our site crashed about 4 hours ago, from apache's error log we see this: [Thu Feb 09 08:42:10.977879 2023] [php:notice] [pid 478963] [client 172.70.206.219:43284] WordPress database error Deadlock found when trying to get lock; try restarting transaction for query DELETE FROM `wp_options` WHERE `option_name` = '_transient_wpml_sso_domain_12761_7e83b3e92c2484a13ef843b1c893fb65779a3bd4715a2c9b322675ccd7cdcf62' made by require('wp-blog-header.php'), require_once('wp-load.php'), require_once('wp-config.php'), require_once('wp-settings.php'), do_action('init'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, WPML_Language_Per_Domain_SSO->init_action, WPML_Language_Per_Domain_SSO->process_iframe_request, WPML_Language_Per_Domain_SSO->finish_sso_for_domain, delete_transient, delete_option, referer: hidden link
Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue.
From what I can see, it is the PHP notice error, not a fatal error to causes the site break issue. Can you please enable WP debug (https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/debugging-in-wordpress/)and share the error log with me? About 50 lines from the bottom and you can add it to a sharing tool like https://pastebin.com/ then share the link in your next reply.
I also need more information on your site by sharing the debug info. If you don’t know how to share the debug info, please follow this article https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/
Your next reply is enabled to share the debug info.
Look forward to your reply.
Thanks
