This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is using WPML and Yoast SEO on a multilingual site with languages configured in directories. The issue is that the sitemap generated by Yoast SEO is showing URLs in the native language tripled, while secondary language URLs are not appearing, even after installing the WPML SEO plugin.
Solution:
We recommend that after installing the WPML SEO plugin, the client should flush the website cache, including server-side caches, to ensure that the changes take effect. If the sitemap still does not display correctly after clearing the cache, we advise the client to open a new support ticket for further assistance.

If this solution does not seem relevant to your situation, please open a new support ticket with us.

Hello!
I'm using WPML and Yoast SEO on a site with three languages (English, Spanish and Catalan)
I have the languages configured in directories and not in domains:
English: /
Spanish: /es/
Catalan: /ca/
The problem is that in the sitemap that Yoast creates, the URLs in the native language appear tripled and the secondary ones do not appear.
Reviewing your forum, I saw that you have to install WPML SEO. I have done it but there is no change. I don't know if I have to do any configuration once that plugin is installed.
Can you help me?
Thank you!!

Thank you for contacting WPML Support, I will be happy to help you.

Yes you are correct, you need to have WPML SEO plugin installed.
After, you have it installed try flushing the website cache (including the server-side caches) and check if the issue still persists.

Let me know how it goes,
Marsel
