Split: I am unable to review the german language translations

gabrielM-43	It seems that it only needed time to properly propagate. I have finished the translations. However, the new problem I encounter now is that I am unable to review the german language translations (articles, pages, templates - everything). It seems that I have an access porblem. Whenever I try, I get the error - Du bist leider nicht berechtigt, Entwürfe anzusehen.
