This ticket has been inactive for quite a while. I didn't get a reply from you. I've converted this chat into a support ticket in case you still need our help.

In the chat, I asked the following.

Let me see if I get the problem correctly. You assigned 10,000 credits from your wpml.org to hidden link, but you can't see them there.
Is this correct?

If you need further help with this, please share the access details to your site with me. I'm enabling a private message for the following reply.

Hello,

Thanks for coming back . I believe I was not patient enough. It took 5-10 minutes for the credit to be visible in the site. I am also puzzled, since the site is labelled as inactive. I thought that it was not connected to my account anymore.

The credit arrived in the account, but the website is still displayed as inactive. What does this mean ?

As of this morning, our side shows the site status as active.
Has it changed on your site as well?
To be sure, please log out of your wpml.org account and log back in to check the site's status.

If you need further help with this issue, please share the following.
1. Go to WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting (link)
2. Copy the long string of numbers and letters under the 'Your Automatic Translation account id is' title. Please see the attached screenshot.
3. Share this string with me.

Hello,

The account is still set as inactive in my account. In addition, I cannot access the credit for translation.

1. Go to WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting (link)
2. Copy the long string of numbers and letters under the 'Your Automatic Translation account id is' title. Please see the attached screenshot.
3. Share this string with me.

Hi, and thanks for the access details.

Please try to re-register the site.

1. Go to your account here https://wpml.org/account/sites/

2. Delete the instance of this site's registration.

3. On your site, unregister the site. You can do it here: hidden link

4. Press the 'Register this site' option.

5. This will open in a new tab, https://wpml.org/account/sites/, and enable you to register the hidden link.

6. Copy the new site key and add it to the field on your site here: hidden link

7. Then, please check if you see the 10,000 credits on your site. And if in your WPML.org account, the site shows as active.

Hello,

Thanks for the guidance. I did the few steps above and for the time being, this seems to be connected. Please leave the ticket open for a few days, as in the past, it was randomly connected (I thought indeed that the issue solved it by itself).
