Tell us what you are trying to do?

when switching into English and German language, the main menu dissapears in the translation

when switching into french, the page is not found

Is there any documentation that you are following?

I tried to do something at the strings with no effect.

What is the link to your site? hidden link

1) Could you please make sure that all the pages used in the menu are translated correctly?

2) Please check if the French translation is complete 100%.

1. Today I run through the french translation once more, and it is completed. Then when i click complete, I get a messsage something went wrong.
2. I can see the french site when I am loged in only, when not, I get the message, "site is not found".
3) I right clicked on sources yesterday, and there was only link to danish, english, german translation-sites. Today after I run through the french transl. - there are lings to all four languages - and then one more, not pointing on a language. I don't know if it means anything or if it should be so.
(the other sites not in the menu, sorry it was because the language sites were still not completes) regards Mona

Hi Mona,

Thanks for your update. I would need to look closely at your site to check the French page, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

Your next answer will be private, which means only you and I can access it.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate the Plugins and the Theme and change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
