[Resolved] The site could not be edited in the second language
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was unable to load the Elementor page builder, especially when trying to edit pages in a secondary language. Additionally, the WordPress admin bar was inactive, and there were issues with logging into the site in the secondary language. Solution: 1. We recommended increasing the WordPress memory limit to meet the WPML Minimum Requirements. 2. We suggested updating Elementor Pro to the latest version to resolve compatibility issues. 3. We enabled the "Auto sign-in and sign-out users from all domains" option in WPML -> Languages settings to fix the login issues.
If these steps do not resolve your issue, or if the solution seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, please check related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. We highly recommend opening a new support ticket if problems persist. For further assistance, you can also visit our support forum at WPML Support Forum.

I am having trouble when I want to edit the site from elementor page builder. The page builder doesn't load and when I activate the safe mode, it edits the page in the original language and keeps asking me to login to the site.
When I am on the second language, the WordPress admin bar at the top of the site is not active for me. I had this problem before, but it was fixed by entering the activation code, but this problem has returned
What is the link to your site?
primary language : hidden link
second language: hidden link
Thank you for contacting WPML Support, I will gladly help you.
According to your debug.info, the WP memory limit needs to be increased, WordPress uses 40Mb as default and the minimum requirements for WPML are 128 MB. (Kindly check this page: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/)
You can increase it by adding the following code in your wp-config.php file right before the line: /* That's all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */
Thank you
I did what you said, now it doesn't redirect to the page in the original language, but I always have to activate the safe mode of Elementor to be able to edit.
Hi, have a good time
I am still having trouble logging in to the Arabic section of the site. In most cases, I cannot enter the Arabic section and make edits
Exactly because of the previous problem. Only sometimes I can enter the Arabic section by chance and I don't know exactly when this happens
Thank you for guiding me in this regard
I would need temporary access to your site's WP-admin to investigate the issue and understand it better. Please create an administrator user using any email address you prefer.
Please fully back up your site (files and database) and confirm it in your next reply.
Your next reply is set to private for you to provide the username and password details.
Thank you for the access, I was able to check the website and noticed that the option "Auto sign-in and sign-out users from all domains " on WPML -> Languages wasn't checked.
I've checked it, and there are no issues logging in the Arabic language.
Can you please check and let me know if everything is working correctly on your end?
