Hello,
Please click "mark it as a copy" at the bottom of the dialog.
Then go to WPML > Support > Installer Support and click "Check now". If you get a message that the site key is invalid, then it might be that you using the old site key.
WPML must be re-registered after each website migration or after changing the domain or domain provider.
2) If the same site URL is already registered, delete it from the list.
3) Now enter the site URL again. This creates a new site key.
4) Click on "Show key" and copy it.
5) Enter the key under Plugins > Install > Commercial (tab) to re-register WPML. If WPML is still registered here, de-register it first.
If the problem persists, please let me know.

Regarding the language switcher:
Please verify that the option for the custom language switcher is enable at WPML > Languages > Custom Language Switcher.
Make sure that the PHP Code or Shortcode call is placed correctly inside your theme.
If this will not solve the issue, try going to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting an use the option for clearing the cache in WPML.
I will be awaiting your feedback.
Best regards
Andreas
