<b>Background of the issue: </b>
I am trying to translate a custom html code which I embedded to UX block as a size chart.
When I try to translate it, the <td> and <th> elements are all mixed up and I can't manage to get to 100% translation. It says "4 segments not started".
<b>Symptoms: </b>
This issue wasn't on the previous translation editor.
I understand the issue you're having. You'll need to select the text from the translation box and apply the HTML marker showing in the Translation box to properly apply the same HTML formatting in the translation.
However, if you can't complete the translation even after applying the Marker, can you please share link to the page which you're trying to translate?
Additionally, you can also switch to our previous translation editor and check if you can apply the HTML markers and complete the translation. To do so,
– Go to the top right corner of the translation editor
– Click the gear icon
– Enable the option “Use the previous version of the Advanced Translation Editor.”
– Refresh the page and check if you can apply the HTML marker and complete the translation job.
Please let me know the update. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.
Best regards,
Prosenjit
