This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client created a website in English and used WPML to translate it into Portuguese, intending Portuguese to be the primary language. After translation, the homepage did not appear translated, and on internal pages (e.g., /precos/), only the title appeared in Portuguese while the rest of the content remained in English. The site is built with Elementor.

Solution:
The issue was due to Elementor elements not being registered for translation. The supporter manually registered the elements on the Prices page, which resolved the issue. This process follows the recommended steps in WPML's multilingual tools for Elementor.

Background of the issue:
I created the site in English and then installed WPML to translate it to Portuguese and potentially other languages. I followed the documentation provided by WPML.

Symptoms:
The home page didn't translate. On other pages, such as hidden link, the title was added in Portuguese but the English one remained, and the content didn't translate. The site uses Elementor.

Questions:
What am I doing wrong?

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us

I will need to take a closer look at the site configuration to understand what is going on. Please share the access credentials to the site in your next message, which I have set private so I can take a look.

Also, confirm you created a full site backup that you can restore if necessary.

Regards,
Carlos

Thank you for sharing the access credentials.

The Elementor elements used in the page weren't registered. I registered the ones in the Prices page by following the steps described in this guide: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/multilingual-tools/

Can you confirm that the issue is solved?
