This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
After installing WPML on the client's site, the 'Translation Management' menu item was missing from the WPML admin menu, and the link to the Translation Dashboard was broken.
Solution:
We identified that the setup of WPML might not have been completed correctly. We reset and reconfigured the setup, after which the 'Translation Management' feature became accessible, and the link to the Translation Dashboard started working correctly. We recommend the client to check and re-enable any necessary plugins or themes that were disabled during this process.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, please visit our known issues page and verify that you have the latest versions of themes and plugins installed. Background of the issue:
I just installed WPML on my site hidden link and I am trying to access the Translation Management feature.

Symptoms:
There is no menu item in the WPML admin menu called Translation Management, and the link to Translation Dashboard is broken.

Questions:
Why is the Translation Management menu item not appearing in the WPML admin menu?
Why is the link to the Translation Dashboard broken?

Hello,

1) Can you please create a staging site and try next:

- Make sure you have a backup.
- Disable all other plugins and leave active only WPML plugins
- Switch to WP default theme
- Check if the issue still happens.

2) If you still have issues after step 1, please share access to that staging site so we can check the issue further. I have enabled private reply.

thanks, can you please provide regular WP admin user access, not temporary since that way I can not access some parts and I would like to try to create new user, since I you use the User role plugin which might have changed some capabilities for roles.

I think something went wrong during setup and it was not finished correctly. I have reset and set it up again, it works fine now.

Please check and enable back needed plugins/themes.
