Hello, looks like something wrong with the translations. When i press finished translation button the progress can not completed. And the pages are not translated. I think this started happens the last week. And it continues happening. Could you take a look? Hello, Please take note that you published the access credentials to your website publically on this forum for I have removed them now from your comment. I would suggest you change the password for the provided account. I connected to your site and had a quick test with opening and completing a translation for a post and a product and I do not see any issue at the moment. Could you please verify and maybe provide me with an example? Also, I would like to request formally temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the website to investigate the issue further. Hi, thanks for that. I thought that I would speak privately with people from WPML only! The problem is still there. I attach screenshots for you to see that the translation is not yet completed. Is still turning and turning an never stops!!!! What should I do? Should I send you my credentials again??? Thank you. |

Hello, Could you please try to edit the original content, save it again, and then open the WPML Translation Editor and complete the translation? If this will not solve the issue, then please use the private reply form and provide me admin access to the site. If you can provide access to a staging site, on which I can work without affecting the production site, it would be highly appreciated. If you can not provide access to a staging site, I can offer to take a copy of the site for testing it on a virtual server from my local machine. Hi, I did what you said and the problem was continue until I tried to translate a different post and then suddenly the translator unstucked. I the second post, translator also stucked but after I purged cache then this page translation also unstuck. I think the problem is still there, but I will continue my work untill this happens again and I will come back with a new ticket. Thank you so much! |
