This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client imported languages to a new site using WPML but encountered an issue where updating content in English caused all pages to display in English, despite having translations in other languages.
Solution:
We identified that the German content for the "Hair Transplant" page was showing up in English. This was because the translation in the WPML Translation Editor was incomplete, showing 0% completion. To resolve this, the client needs to complete the translation to 100% in the WPML Translation Editor for the changes to be reflected on the front end.
Additionally, we noted that importing content from one site to another does not include the translation memory from the Advanced Translation Editor. The translation memory is stored within the WPML account and does not migrate with the WPML Export & Import feature. If the client wishes to merge the translation memories from multiple sites, we provided a link to the relevant documentation: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-subscription-for-multiple-sites/

Hello,

My apologies for missing your chat for a few minutes.

To assist you on this matter I need more information about the site and about how you create your translations.

Which translation mode are you using inside WPML and which translation method (WPML Translation Editor or WordPress Editor) is used?

It would also be very helpful if you could send us the WPML information for troubleshooting.
More information about this here:

Best regards
Andreas

I'm using WPML Translation Editor and I translated most of them by buying tickets from you from my other WPML account, now I imported it to this and the languages came, but when I update, all my pages in English turn to English 🙁

Hello,

You did not yet provide the requested debug information which provides me with important details about your website. See previous comment.

Did the old site use the same language setup as the new site?

Do you see any issues on WPML > Support about the currently set memory limit?

Do you see any errors in the WPML > Support > ATE error log?

Could it be that your automatic translations have not been published yet and there are reviews available at WPML > Translation that need to be completed before the contents are published?

I would like to offer to have a closer look at the problem and request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the website to investigate this issue further.

You can find the required fields below the comment section when you log in to leave the next reply. The information you provide is private, which means only you and I can see and access it.

IMPORTANT
Please be sure to make a backup copy of the website and database before allowing us access.
If you can't see the wp-admin / FTP fields, your post and website credentials are set as PUBLIC. DO NOT publish the data unless you see the required wp-admin / FTP fields.

One example I found:

"Hair Transplant"

German content shows up in English.

The original English content uses the WPML Translation Editor as a translation method.

If I open the WPML Translation Editor, the translation is not completed and stands at 0%. You will need to complete the translation to 100% before changes will show up on Frontend.

It is unclear to me if this content was earlier translated with the WordPress Editor, but take note that importing content from one site to another will not include the translation memory of the Advanced Translation Editor.

The translation memory of your old site is saved inside your WPML account and is not migrated with WPML Export & Import.

You could try to merge both sites in this case:
