Hi There! I hope you're doing well. I've taken over this ticket and will try my best to assist you in this matter. I checked your site and noticed that in the English version, the footer displays the product section correctly, but a certain section is still not appearing. Upon further inspection, I found that the Phone Number section is a Custom HTML widget, and the Recent Posts section is added using the Recent Posts widget. Could you please try translating both widgets using the manual widget translation approach and see if that resolves the issue? For more details, you can refer to the guide below. Regarding the text at the bottom of the footer, if you're adding it through the Theme Customizer, it should be accessible in the Admin Screen. To translate this text, you’ll need to register the string for translation. You can follow the steps shared by my colleague Noiman in the previous response or refer to this guide for detailed instructions: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/#translate-admin-and-settings-strings Please give it a try and check if that helps in solving the issue. I'll be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter. Best regards, |
