Hello,

as my colleague said best would be to follow up with the theme author. We have also tried to contact them in the past but no luck. We need their collaboration to move forward.

I checked and this plugin was not on our official compatible plugins list, not now or before:

- https://wpml.org/plugin/

I would further suggest using one of the plugins from our official list.
