Background of the issue:
I am trying to correct a translation I made in the past on an Elementor Icon Box, named "Monitoring". The initial translation for "Monitoring" was "Alarmes", but I have since changed it to "Centrale", but that change is NOT reflected on the live site. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link. Unlike regular pages, the templates cannot be reset, meaning I cannot change the title and save it again.

Symptoms:
I expected to see "Centrale" on the header navigation. Instead, I got "Alarmes" on the header navigation.

Questions:
Why is the translation change not reflected on the live site?
How can I ensure the updated translation appears on the header navigation?

Hello,

On your staging site it appears to work as expected:
hidden link

Please try to edit the original heade ron your live site and apply the translation again using the WPML Translation Editor.

If this will not solve the issue, please revise WPML > Support > PHP and WPML > Support > WordPress. It might be that the current memory usage is close or above the current set WP MEMORY LIMIT.

Please send me a screenshot of the current values, if you have any questions.

Best regards
Andreas

Yes, I changed a sub-heading within the live header. And retranslated, only to realize that the image text translations were gone with the wind. And the issue is still present. What's going on?

I took the bull by the horn, and was able to get it working.
