Background of the issue:
I am experiencing issues with a client's website, specifically with sales reports in WooCommerce analytics. I suspect the problem is related to WPML's WooCommerce Multilingual and Multicurrency plugin. The issue is that some translated products do not appear correctly in the product sales report. I need accurate reports because the client produces products based on sales. The issue can be seen at: hidden link

Symptoms:
When viewing Analytics - Products for all sales this year, I see 43 sold articles for a specific product. However, when I generate a report for this product only, it shows only 37 sold articles. The numbers for translated products in WooCommerce analytics do not match.

Questions:
Why do the sales numbers for translated products not match in WooCommerce analytics?
How can I ensure accurate sales reports for translated products?

Hi there!
I'm returning back to this conversation after trying the troubleshooting steps of both WPML and Woocommerce Multilingual and Multicurrency - none of them helped with my problem.
I did however find what is most likely causing this issue in analytics. For some reason, the orders that are not part of the analytics have a different VAT name - which has also suddenly appeared in the string translations list. VAT rules changed in Finland in the beginning of this year, and this is an old VAT percent (10) that is now ghosting on my site again.
It is strange that only a few of the orders made on the translated page have this issue, atleast one order was made using the translated product, and is visible in the analytics.

I remember that an update of WPML was causing some troubles with the check out page in Woocommerce a while back. Can this be related to this update?

Hello,
My name is Carlos, and I will continue working on this ticket

Does the issue persist if you re-send the product for translation or make sure the VAT is correct? If the issue is caused by the old VAT, updating the product and its translation should solve it.

Looking forward to your message.

Hi Carlos, and thanks for your reply!
The VAT is correct in the product of the default language, I dubble checked (Name: Moms 14). I don't see how I could change it to a different VAT cathegory for the translated product? So it should be correct there too.

I also resent the product for translation, and translated it again, but the issue in analytics still persists. In string translation, there is a string called VAT 10, which is not translated. I have no idea where this string comes from, since it is nowhere in the VAT settings in Woocommerce. I think it somehow reappeard when WPML was updated a while back.
