This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was experiencing issues with WPML where translations were not being applied correctly. Despite translating text and title bars to 100%, the changes were not reflecting on the site. Additionally, a persistent yellow gear icon indicated a malfunction in the WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency plugin. Solution: We identified that the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) ID on the client's website was invalid. We corrected this ID. We recommended the client to try translating the content again and to clear the cache after doing so to ensure the changes take effect.
If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.
Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.
Background of the issue:
I'm trying to translate the text through WPML editor.
Symptoms:
Translated the text and the title bar 100% and in fact everything should have
translate immediately after confirmation, but WPML as if
refuses to translate, let's say the title from the original sounds like "SLE
sex doll Renee 165 cm bust E" and in the translation editor additional language
also translates correctly "SLE sex doll Renee 165cm bust E", but
but in fact, after 100% translation, we get a completely
"SLE sex baby Maria 165cm bust O":
Because we copy the product, but it didn't interfere with the translation before and
translated everything clearly)
The same with the text, we change the text in the original, translate it,
go into the additional language and the translation is not fixed.
And another downside is that when you try to enter the
translation through WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency constantly
the yellow gear is on, before it was enough to complete the translation
100% and it would go away, but with some sort of malfunction it's on all the time.
Also tried switching from the new editor to the old one, I thought it was a problem in it, but that didn't help either.
I switched to the old version of the editor, the effect is the same, everything is lit up.
the same yellow gear, translates 100%, but the additional language still doesn't
transfers the new information.
Also created a new product, the result did not meet expectations.
Also tried to make easy changes, save, translate, and
also did not give anything.
Disabling plugins is categorically not possible, most of the
plugins carry critical information and working
functionality.
The most interesting thing is that everything works fine on the second site, all the
plugin updated to the latest version, all settings are identical, but
on the first site this problem happened

Questions:
Why is the text not translating through the WPML editor?
How can I fix the issue where the title bar and other elements are not translated?
Thanks for your patience. Here is the ticket and please let us know how it goes.
We will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.
Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.
Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.
✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.
Look what dilemma
1. The site is working and provide a copy of the site I can not
2. FTP immediately no as we have access to the ip
3. Access to the Administrator on wordpress I can give without problems
4. Consent to disable plugins and themes I can give only if we know the exact time when you will test the site, so that we can prepare to make a backup of the site and database, also we must warn the working staff and close the site for maintenance to minimize data loss from customers.
If you can say when you can start testing, then we will begin to prepare.
Could you please provide access to your website and, if possible, record a brief screen capture demonstrating the issue? This will help me address the problem more efficiently without the need for back-and-forth communication. You can use this free tool hidden link .
As for deactivating the plugins, I will hold it for now until I check your Website backend.

I checked and noticed that the ATE ID on your website was invalid. I’ve corrected it. Could you please try translating your content again and see if it works now? Remember to clear the cache after the translation. Let me know how it goes.
