Background of the issue:
I am trying to add a translation to Japanese using the Advanced Translation Editor. When I click to 'Add translation to Japanese', I am redirected to the Advanced Translation Editor page to check the results. URL: hidden link
Symptoms:
When I try to click on one of the translated texts, the screen goes completely blank, and I can't edit the resulting translation. The blank screen can only be closed if I reload the page. I expected to see somewhere to edit the resulting translation, but instead, I got a bugged blank screen.
Questions:
Why does the screen go blank when I try to edit a translated text in the Advanced Translation Editor?
How can I resolve the issue of the blank screen to edit translations?
Hi Bruno, really thanks for getting back to me. Sorry for my late response.
The advanced editor still won't work with me (using Chrome and cleaned cache already), but seems like our client was able to use it normally, so it won't be a problem.
