I am facing some slow page issues on our development online store where I use WPML. I tried disabling WPML and found a faster site behaviour, also our checkout is loading min 20 sec for even a very simple order.
Both in the backend and in frontend I have debugged lots of multilingual-cms Deprecated errors. Please see attached screenshots.
How to get rid of them and any other suggestions what could improve the loading speed?

I would appreciate it if you could create a copy of your website so you can do the tests below: (please do not test the steps below on a live website)
- Switch to the default theme such as "TwentyTwenty" by going to "WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > themes".
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except Woocommerce, Woocommerce Multilingual a, WPML Multilingual CMS, and WPML String Translation.
- Use the speed checker of the chrome browser to detect the site speed: hidden link
- Deactivate WPML plugins and do the test again and get back to us with the results.
Also, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
Please give the login info of the copied website and not the live one.

Finally, I do not think that deprecation messages will have anything to do with the performance.
The speed and loading of the site has gone much faster after we moved over to our own server, away from managed hosting. I think we can close it for now and I'll get back to you when any specific WPML related speed issues occur.
