This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client was experiencing an issue where the translated footer elements were not displaying correctly on their multilingual website.
Solution:
We discovered that the problem was due to the footer slug not being registered for translation. To resolve this, we:
1. Added the footer slug from the admin texts.
2. Translated the slug for each language.
3. Saved the page settings again in Appearance -> Customize -> Header and Footer.
After these steps, the translations displayed correctly on the frontend for all languages.
If this solution does not apply to your situation, or if it seems outdated, we recommend checking the related known issues and confirming that you have the latest versions of themes and plugins installed. If the issue persists, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket with us.
