Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the logo menu and the Call-to-Action button in the Divi Builder on my site hidden link using WPML. I have referred to various sections of the official Divi documentation and support forums.
Symptoms:
The logo does not translate when I change the language of the page, and I am unable to locate the translation section for the Call-to-Action button.
Questions:
How can I successfully translate the logo in the Divi Builder using WPML?
Where can I find the translation section for the Call-to-Action button in the Divi Builder?
2) It's not related to the issue, but according to your Debug.info, the WP memory limit needs to be increased. PHP memory is fine, but WordPress uses 40Mb as default. The minimum requirements for WPML are 128 MB. (Kindly check this page https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/)
You can increase it by adding the following code in your wp-config.php file right before the /* That's all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */ line:
I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.
❌ Please backup your database and website ❌
✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.
✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
I just found that there is one more issue to the translation.
When you are at the English page and you click on the logo of the header, it redirect you to hidden link and not to the English version of homepage (hidden link)
I visited the following URL you sent me and the only thing I changed was the CtA translation from "Book an appointment" to "Appointments" and the website broke once again.
What's the issue with this closing tag? Is it possible to provide a screenshot in order for me to be able to solve this on my own so I don't have to bother you?
