I need to translate properly page Regjistrohu from Albanian source lanauge to English

Problem:
I need to translate the page 'Regjistrohu' from Albanian to English on my site https://afza.al. I attempted to translate the page using WPML, but encountered an issue with the layout width expanding after translation.

Solution:
The issue was cache related and resolved itself.

Questions: How can I fix the layout width issue after translating the page? Is there a specific setting in WPML that I need to adjust for custom fields?

Lauren WPML Supporter since 10/2015 Languages: English (English ) Timezone: America/New_York (GMT-04:00)	After receiving your credentials I logged in and checked your site. I'm seeing both languages in the same width, and neither is showing as full width. I have attached a screenshot of what I see. Is it showing correctly on oyour end now?

If not, please update credentials and I will take a look at the other site. You can see the URL in my previous screenshot. If this is the correct site and you are still setting it incorrectly, be sure to clear all cache and check in an incognito browser.
