Problem:
The client is attempting to remove and reinstall WPML on their sites as it is not functioning correctly. They lack the Duplicator plugin, which is typically recommended for backing up the site before such operations, and they inquired about using an alternative backup solution.

Regarding the use of an alternative backup solution, the client can use any reliable backup tool they have, such as MalCare, to ensure their data is safely stored before proceeding with the WPML reset.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to remove WPML and reinstall it with your help. I have tried multiple times without success. I have it installed on qmibutikk.no, veteranbilen.com, and nettbutikk.qmi.no, and it does not work properly on any of them. I have been advised to take a copy with Duplicator and send it to you, but I do not have Duplicator. I have backup programs from other companies like MalCare.

Symptoms:
WPML does not work properly on any of the sites: qmibutikk.no, veteranbilen.com, and nettbutikk.qmi.no.

Questions:
Is it possible to remove WPML and reinstall it with your help?
Can I use a backup program other than Duplicator to send you a copy?
