issues with translator rights

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
After transferring translator rights to the client, notifications about pending translations are still being received.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, it's important to understand that every admin user on WordPress is also a Translation Manager by default. This means that admin users have full control over WPML and will automatically receive notifications on pending translations. To stop receiving these notifications, you can deactivate them by following the instructions provided here: WPML Admin Capabilities.

Symptoms: Even after transferring translator rights to the client, we still receive notifications about pending translations. Questions: Why do we still receive notifications about pending translations after transferring translator rights?

Please clarify a few things for me: 1. By "We are trying to transfer translator rights to them." do you mean giving the Translation Administrator rights? That would mean they could manage translations indenpendently; 2. Do you still have an admin user, or an admin e-mail added to the website? 3. Where are you receiving the notifications? Please share a screenshot; Thank you.

Since your user is an admin one, you will automatically receive notifications on pending translations.
