Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a Jet Engine component element on my WordPress site using WPML. We have created the component and translated the page and the component. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link. I expected to see the image displayed on the translated page: hidden link.
Symptoms:
The image controller is not being translated, while the text is working normally. On the translated version of the page, the image is not being displayed.
Questions:
Why is the image controller not translating while the text is?
How can I ensure the image is displayed on the translated page?
❌ Please make a full website backup before proceeding ❌

Otto
To ensure the quickest and most accurate support, please provide your debug information so I can look at some of your configurations. We have an excellent article on how to locate it here: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/.
To be able to investigate the problem, we need to replicate the issue on a clean installation.
I created a clean installation of WordPress, WPML, and all necessary WPML add-ons.
You can access the WordPress dashboard using the link below: hidden link
Kindly follow the steps below:
- Don't restore your site there.
- Install JetEngine needed add-ons
- Create a new page to replicate the issue with minimal steps.
- Then let me know the steps to see the problem and reproduce it.
Best Regards,
Otto
