We have used the WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency plugin to translate the Woocommerce products into secondary languages. On the translation I have some issues with the products which translated are showing OutofStock products.

Eg: English Product: hidden link - In stock

French Product: hidden link - Out of Stock

Do you know why it's happening? I explored some of the options but nothing worked.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support.

1) In order to expedite handling your support requests, could you please share WPML support debug information from your site?

To give debug information, login to your site and go to WPML -> Support. From there:
- click on the “debug information” link at the bottom of the page.
- Once on the “debug information” page, select the entire content of the text box and copy it.
- Now go back to our support forum, find the debug information box, and paste it.

More information on the link: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

2) Also, there is an option to synchronize stock which you can check:

- go to WooCommerce -> WooCommerce Multilingual -> Settings -> Troubleshooting (blue link on the bottom right)
- check the checkbox next to "Sync product stock quantity and status ( synchronizing min stock between translations )"
- click 'Start'

This option should synchronize stock between the main language and translations.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure to have a full backup of your website before making any changes in order to prevent any data loss.

Please let me know if this works out for you.

Looking forward to your reply,
Marsel

Hi there,

1) Can you please tell me how are you translating the products?
2) Also can you check if this issue happens with all the products or only with products that have variations?
3) I noticed from the debug info that you are using different WooCommerce extensions/plugins except WooCommerce Multilingual, in order to proceed further I would require you to test if the issue happens in a minimal setup, meaning:

- set a default WP theme
- enable only WPML and WooCommerce Multilingual plugins
- disable all other plugins

*I would suggest you do this test on a staging site.

IMPORTANT: If you want to test on the live/production site, please make sure to have a full backup of your website before making any changes in order to prevent any data loss.

I'm re-activating the debug information fields below so that you can re-share the debug info on this ticket. This way, we won't have duplicated tickets for the same issue.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Looking forward to your reply,
Marsel

1) Can you please tell me how are you translating the products? - Products are translated by automatic translation.
2) Also can you check if this issue happens with all the products or only with products that have variations? - No it happens for some of the products which are already In-stock in Eng language.

Hi,

1) Can you try making a small change to one of the products that is having this issue in the default language and see if the stock status is updated in the secondary languages after?

2) Also were you able to check if the issue happens in a minimal environment as I suggested in my previous reply?

Looking forward to your reply,
Marsel

I think we are good now, I have changed the out-of-stock product to in-stock in the Database. Fixed the issue.
