Last week we added a container to our dutch homepage and synced it to our (fully translated) english homepage. After saving the page the translation is, partly, not shown on the front-end, and the new information isn't visible in the Translation Editor.
Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link
I expected to see:
- On the homepage: A fully translated page, except the part "cases" ,because this was added in dutch and needed a translation.
- In the translation editor: New text to translate, I guess I would expect a 90% complete translation.
Instead, I got:
- On the homepage: 60% dutch text
- In the translation editor: 100% compelte translations
I tried to:
- Purge cache
- Make a change to the first sentence of the translation via the editor and saved.
- Make a change on our english page via the pagebuilder and saved.
- Make a change on our dutch page via the pagebuilder and vaved.
Unfortunatly nothing of these helped to get any extra translated text or the ability to translate the new container.

Hello there,
Thanks for your contact!
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Our Debugging Procedures
I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link
Please, let me know if you need any additional details. Have a nice day.

Hi there,
Thank you for providing the credentials.
We have just checked the homepage, and by re-saving the English translation in ATE, it seems solved: hidden link
If we compare both Dutch and English pages, it seems that all sections are correctly displayed and translated. Could you please review it and confirm that it is fixed now?
I get your point, but as you can see in my first message (with screenshot) the bar progress showed 100%.
Also when I clicked the 'complete' button yesterday the progress bas was full. So I was not able to add translations to open fields.
Currently (after your saving) the text is shown properly. I'm happy with that, but I am not trustfull that this won't happen again. We have had this same problem twice now. So this case is resolved, but the problem itself doesn't feel resolved yet.
Is there anything we can do to find out how this could have happen? Or should I reach out again when the same issue occurs?

Hi Janneke,
Thanks for your reply.
We also have made a minor modification in the original language page, in order to refresh the translation status, so this might have done the trick as well.
Sometimes we have a few issues with the communication between the ATE servers and the clients websites. The good news is that in every hour our systems try to fix these communication issues, so it might be related as well.
Moreover, sure, we can keep this topic opened a few days, just to ensure if the issue will come back again or not.
Let's keep monitoring it. Please let us know if you still have problems.
Thank you,
Mateus.
