Hi, Last week we added a container to our dutch homepage and synced it to our (fully translated) english homepage. After saving the page the translation is, partly, not shown on the front-end, and the new information isn't visible in the Translation Editor. We have just checked the homepage, and by re-saving the English translation in ATE, it seems solved: hidden link If we compare both Dutch and English pages, it seems that all sections are correctly displayed and translated. hi Mateus, On staging5.audiovision.nl/en/ it is indeed solved. So I tried to re-save the english translation on audiovision.nl (I opened ATE and clicked "complete"), but here it's not fixed with just a re-save. Am I doing something different as you do? Your login credentials also work on audiovision.nl so you can check on the live environment. regards, |

Hi there, Thanks for your reply. We have just checked the original website, and it seems that the the translation has not been finished: hidden link By saving every field there and clicking on the 'complete' button, the original and translated pages are matching again. Can you please check it? Further, just bear in mind that if a translation didn't reach the '100%' in the bar progress, it won't be properly displayed. Hi Mateus, I get your point, but as you can see in my first message (with screenshot) the bar progress showed 100%. Currently (after your saving) the text is shown properly. I'm happy with that, but I am not trustfull that this won't happen again. We have had this same problem twice now. So this case is resolved, but the problem itself doesn't feel resolved yet. Is there anything we can do to find out how this could have happen? Or should I reach out again when the same issue occurs? Thanks for your help, |

Hi Janneke, Thanks for your reply. We also have made a minor modification in the original language page, in order to refresh the translation status, so this might have done the trick as well. Sometimes we have a few issues with the communication between the ATE servers and the clients websites. The good news is that in every hour our systems try to fix these communication issues, so it might be related as well. Moreover, sure, we can keep this topic opened a few days, just to ensure if the issue will come back again or not. Let's keep monitoring it. Please let us know if you still have problems.
