This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client needed assistance with making the Google Reviews shortcode visible on the translated pages of their Custom Post Types (CPTs) without needing to translate the shortcode itself, as the review score remains the same across all languages.
Solution:
In this case, the problem was solved by going to WPML -> Settings and setting the "Reviews widgets (grw_feed)" to not translatable.

Hi Andreas W and thank you for your explanation for how to also see the taxonomies for the CPTs. It works perfectly.

For the Google review shortcodes they come from the plugin "Google Reviews". You can find it in the main menu with a yellow star icon next to it's name. I don't need to translate the short code because the review score is the same in all languages. I just want it to be visible on the translated pages of my CPTs. How can I achieve this?

Thanks once again for excellent support!

With best regards,

bb

Hello,

About ""Plugin for Google Reviews":

Yes, I did see the shortcode and I see it has an ID.

My question here is, where does this ID come from, you might need a different ID for each language, or a different ID for each content.

Is this an ID that is given by Google on their review platform?

Best regards
Andreas

Hello,

Based on the video here it seems to me that you need to obtain a different shortcode for each content while Google allows you to switch languages before creating the shortcode:

Hi!

I solved the problem by going to WPML -> Settings and sest the Reviews widgets (grw_feed) to not translatable. 🙂

Thanks!
