Problem:
The client is unable to translate the footer copyright text, even after searching and updating values in the String Translation section of WPML.

Solution:
We recommend following these steps:
1. Go to WPML → String Translation.
2. Enable the option "Look for strings while pages are rendered".
3. Visit the page where the untranslated strings are visible.
4. Return to WPML → String Translation and check if the string has been registered.
5. Translate the string.

Hello,

The home page issue seems to be fixed now. Thanks

I am seeing another issue. The footer copyright text is not being translating. I have searched in the string translation too and updated the two values I found. But it didn't showing the footer copyright widget in the string translation list.

Could you please have a look and check why its not working ?

Thanks

Have you attempted to locate the strings in this manner?

1. Go to WPML → String Translation.
2. Enable the option "Look for strings while pages are rendered".
3. Navigate to the page where untranslated strings are displayed.
4. Return to WPML >> String Translation and verify if the given string has been registered.
5. Translate the string.

Please inform me of the outcome.

I checked that you have created it with Elementor. You need to translate the footer template (/wp-admin/post.php?post=4740&action=edit&lang=fr).

I cannot find copyright information in the theme widgets for the desktop version, only for mobile. Can you provide a screenshot?
