Thank you for contacting WPML support. While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with the first debugging steps or if I can help with the issue quickly.

It looks like the PageSpeed Insights test is asking you to increase the size of the language switcher items in the website's footer.

You can apply the following custom CSS under Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS:

.wpml-ls-link {
    min-width: 48px;
    min-height: 48px;
    padding: 10px;
}

Please clear your website cache and re-run the tests and let us know how it goes.
