Hi there, Thank you for contacting WPML support. While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with the first debugging steps or if I can help with the issue quickly. I can see the form in the other languages shows the Select element options as text instead of a dropdown. Could you please edit the form by adding any dummy text that you can delete after updating the form and re-sending the form to the automatic translation as explained here: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/using-contact-form-7-with-wpml/#translating-the-contact-form?
