Hi there.

I am not sure what plugin you are using for SEO purposes but those fields might need to be sent manually by you for automatic translation in bulk, as explained here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatically-translating-multiple-translation-jobs-in-bulk/#sending-multiple-strings-for-translation

Practically, find them in WPML > String Translations, and send them for automatic translation.

I am not sure what plugin you are using and how those fields are added to the page so that's why I recommended this method that might work.
