I'm currently rebuilding my website with a new theme, compatible with the full site editor of WordPress.
I have copied the old site to a working environment, to do all the changes, before I will switch the URL.
The new website is here: hidden link
I have edited the header template using the full site editor, on the English version of the website. It looks fine. However, when I visit the Japanese version of a page, the header that is displayed is still the default header template provided with the theme.
I contacted WordPress support, who said the issue is with WPML (they checked my website settings and confirmed that the English and Japanese version should be using the same templates).
You can see an example of the problem here:
- English page: hidden link
- Japanese page (translation in progress, but you can see the header template problem): hidden link
I'm sorry to hear that you're still having issues with the plugin.
I've checked your debug information and I noticed that you're still using the older version of the WPML plugin. Please backup and update it and let me know if it fixes the issue you had there.
Also, I noticed that your MySQL version is below the plugin minimum requirements as described at: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/ . Kindly contact your hosting provider and ask them to update the MySQL version to 5.6+ for you.
Thanks!
