Hi there, was the site recently migrated from a staging to a live environment ? Please go to WPML->Support->ATE Error logs and share with me the top 5 errors logged there. |

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue. **Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken ** I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin. Thank you for the access details! It looks like you might have used before the ATE editor with the automatic translation and now that property has been switched over to using the WP Editor. The 2 editors do not share translations. Meaning that if you were to add a lot of translations manually via WP editor they would not show up in the ATE editor that uses the automatic translation as one saves it's translations on the database and the other in the cloud.
