This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to get a translation to appear on your WordPress site using WPML, but the translation is not displayed on the staging page even though it exists.
Solution:
We installed the String Translation plugin on your site. Initially, it did not work. To fix this, we made a minor edit (added a space) on the "Company" page and retranslated it. This action successfully made the translation appear. If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend trying a similar approach: edit the text slightly on the page where the translation isn't appearing and then retranslate the page.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

Symptoms:
The translation is not displayed on the page even though there is a translation.

Questions:

Does the URL hidden link affect the translation display?

Hi there.

When I try to access the link, I'm taken to the login area.

1. Can you please let me know the default language page URL and in which language we should see a translation?

2. Can you please share the name of that page or the URL for the edit page in the site's backend so that I know what the page you are referring to is?

3. Please create a full website backup and then share the site credentials in the private fields I enabled for your next reply.

I will be waiting for your response.

I can confirm that I was able to log in successfully.

I am spending more time on this and will get back to you as soon as I have more feedback.

I will leave the ticket assigned to myself for now.

Hi there.

This might be happening because we don't have WPML String Translation installed.

Do I have your approval to install this WPML Add-on?

Please let me know.

Hi,

My colleague Mihai is unavailable today, so I’ll be handling this for now.

I installed the String Translation plugin on your site, but it didn’t work immediately. To resolve this, I made another change via the "Company" page (added a space in the text) and retranslated the change, which made the translation appear successfully: hidden link.

Best regards,
Marcel

Hi Marcel

Nice that it works. Thanks for that.
Would you elaborate on "added a space in the text" where did you put the space? Is that something I need to do on other pages?

Hi,

I simply added a space at the end of the first text element. A minor change like this is enough to trigger an update in the secondary language.

Best regards,
Marcel
