When duplicating a post and then editing it with the wpml translation editor there are way too many fields to translate. Like hundreds of fields that were never set to be translated in the ACF settings. when scrolling all the way to the bottom it does show the actual ACF fields that were set to the translate option.

Where are all the other fields coming from? they didn't used to be there. It has only changed recently, probably after an update of ACF multilingual because the settings are a bit different now as well.

Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support. I will try my best to assist you in this matter.

If you've updated the ACFML recently, then you'll see the Field labels and descriptions also on the Translation editor so that you can translate these labels easily and affordably with the Advanced Translation Editor and its automatic translation feature.

If you don't want to translate those fields, you can remove those by following the steps mentioned in the Errata below.

After applying the Workaround, make sure to update the default post/page by making a small change. Then you can try to update the translation.

Let me know how it goes. I will be happy to assist you if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best Regards,
Prosenjit
