Yes, these are not necessary to translate. You just need to translate the slug for your post type or taxonomy to translate your URLs.

I tried to translate this slug from WPML-> Settings-> Post Type Translation section. (Kindly check the attached screenshot)

However, the translation redirects to 404, so please let me know how you created this permalink in the default language.

The slug in the theme options is "propiedades", while the real slug is "propiedades/%property-type%/%city%".

Could you please consult the theme support regarding this slug and ask them where the rest of the slug can be changed?
