The translated pages are being reflected on the front end but when you access them inside the WPML, all translations are missing

Hello there,

I would need the debug.log file available, this should be available in your FTP wp-content folder with a debug.log name.

You can share the log using google drive or some file-sharing platforms.

I see that you are receiving a fatal error

[12-Jan-2023 15:46:41 UTC] PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_source_language_code() on bool in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/inc/functions-load-tm.php:486

Are you trying to use WooCommerce Multilingual or anyway trying to translate a page? Can you try the errata as mentioned here and see if it helps? https://wpml.org/errata/woocommerce-multilingual-fatal-error-uncaught-error-call-to-a-member-function-get_source_language_code-on-bool/

This is weird to detect WooCommerce issue on our website. I'll read further what you have sent but here is what happened to our site:

We have a main site wherein all translations and development where done by December. However, during end of Dec other team from our company copied it to create a pre-production wherein we can have Woocommerce.

Our team was only able to set-up and done the registration of WPML during January and at the same time installed Woocommerce only on pre-prod.

What is weird is that the debug log I have provided with you is from our main site and not pre-prod that does have Woocommerce.

But going back to second question if during those time we're trying to translate a page, then yes we are.

Hello there,

Probably there are some references where the woocommerce-multilingual wasn't configured probably, can you try it and see if that helps?

If the problem is happening without WooCommerce-Multilingual, I will need to check your site settings once. the login previous provided is not working, so can you provide me the new login details for your site to debug this further.

The login url redirects to google login, can you disable the google login for some moment so I can check?

I will create a test page and will translate it to test it further.
