Background of the issue:
I am trying to use WPML to manage translation jobs. After a few days of using the plugin, I encountered an issue. The problem can be seen on this page: hidden link.

Symptoms:
I expected to see a list of translations, but instead, I got an error message saying 'Unable to load translation jobs'.

Questions:
Why am I unable to load translation jobs?
How can I resolve the issue of translation jobs not loading?

Hello,

Could you please go to WPML > Support > Installer Support and click "Check now". Do you see any issues on the results?

Please also send me a screenshot from WPML > Support > Troubleshooting > Your Automatic Translation account id is.

Best regards
Andreas

Hi Andreas, here are two screenshots.

ID: 39303766-6466-5139-b763-643536643432#X8sJgXNxxB27zkulZD60Pgtt

I've made a local copy of the website and run it via LocalWP, translation jobs loaded normally. So I need assistance with this exact instance on my client's website.

The ID is correct and I do not see any issues on the screenshots.

Your local copy works without making any changes to active plugins or the theme?

I would like to offer to take a closer look and request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the site to investigate the issue further.

The required fields are below the comment section when you log in to leave the next reply. The information you provide is private, meaning only you and I can see and access it.

IMPORTANT
Please be sure to back up the site and database before granting us access.

If you can't see the "wp-admin / FTP" fields, your post and site credentials will be set to "PUBLIC". DO NOT publish the data unless you see the required wp-admin / FTP fields.

I may need to install a plugin called "All In One WP Migration" here to create a copy of the site that I can use to investigate the issue further.

However, I would also be very grateful if you could provide a staging site or copy of the website from your server for this purpose.

If you have any questions about creating such a staging site, you can consult your hosting provider. Please note that WPML must also be registered on this staging site at https://wpml.org/de/account/websites/.

If you are not able to provide such a copy of the website for testing, please let me know on this ticket.

The private reply form looks like this:

The next time you reply, click on "I still need assistance".

Please note that we are obliged to request this information individually on each ticket. We are not permitted to access any access information that was not specifically submitted on this ticket in the private response form.

I took a local copy of your site for investigating the issue and checking for errors, but the issue does not occur on this copy. See screenshot.

I then checked your staging site, and the issue also does not occur there.

On your live site I am sadly not longer able to log in. It seems the password was changed. Could you please verify the provided information and adjust the password?

Please leave me a comment on this ticket once you are done with this task.

I've updated the password on main site to the one shared previously in private.

The issue was a incomplete translation job that was still saved on the database while the original content had been deleted.

I fixed this issue now manually.
