Background of the issue:
I am trying to prevent my website from automatically switching languages. I have added the 'do not auto translate' line to the WP config file, but the issue persists.
Symptoms:
The website's homepage is incorrectly switching from English to French despite settings to prevent auto-translation.
Questions:
Why is the homepage still switching languages despite the configuration?
Can someone from the team log in to our account to investigate the issue?

In short:
- Go to "WPML > Support > Debug Information" (link)
- Copy the Debug Information from there.
- Find the private field I activated and paste that information.
Please can we book a call to share screens and go through this because we've opened like 5 tickets now and this issue still persists. All the settings seem to be correct, there is no reason why our pages should automatically be changing language, and we were told this was a "known issue" that was "fixed" in the latest version, except it certainly isn't fixed.

We still have issues with our pages; the same pages keep changing languages, and we don't know what to do anymore. We tried everything you suggested, we added the code you suggested, and nothing helps.

Thanks for your reply. I've checked your WPML configuration and all seems fine. Also, I visited your homepage hidden link and I'm not being redirected. Could you check using the incognito browser mode on your end?
So in the image attached that I just took from an incognito window, you can see that we are in the original page which is suppose to be in English and is now in FR.
If we can't find a solution we will need to change plugins as this is now looking bad into our branding, google search and to our clients.

Could you please test this on a different PC or mobile device and let me know if you experience the same issue?
In the meantime, please make a full backup of your site and try deactivating the following plugins, as they might be interfering with the redirection:
Performant Translations
Redirection
LiteSpeed Cache
Let me know if the redirection works correctly after deactivating them.
I am sorry we might have not express ourselves correctly.
Its not that the pages redirects you to the FR site, is that after some hours or a day the English home page and the clients page change to French even if they are in the English version.
It's like there is a bug that after a certain amount of time it just mixes the languages, because as well it not all the home page that changes. Some sections are still in english and other ones in French. It's like a glitch.
I will try to record a video the next time it happens and share it/ let you know.
I will try disactivate the plugins, but it has nothing to do with redirects its just changes the language alone at some point through the day or after a couple of days.
Please share a screen recording of the issue when it happens. In the meantime, try deactivating any plugins that do not break the layout of the Website. This will help us identify which one is causing the issue. Make sure to create a full backup before making any changes if you haven’t already.
