This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to display 100 products for each language (English and Arabic) on your WooCommerce shop page. While logged in as an Administrator, you see 100 products for both languages. However, as a non-logged-in user, the product count differs in the Arabic language, showing only 76 products.
Solution:
We recommend checking if this issue might be related to caching. Please try deactivating all plugins except WPML and WooCommerce, and then reactivate them. This action can often resolve discrepancies in product counts between different user states (logged-in vs. non-logged-in).

If this solution does not resolve the issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If problems persist, please open a new support ticket.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to display 100 products for each language (English and Arabic) on my WooCommerce shop page. When logged in as an Administrator, I can see 100 products for both languages. However, as a non-logged-in user, the product count differs in the Arabic language. URLs: hidden link and hidden link

Symptoms:
The shop page shows 100 products in English but only 76 products in Arabic for non-logged-in users. In the admin panel, all translations are marked as successfully completed.

Questions:
Why does the product count differ for non-logged-in users in the Arabic language?
How can I ensure that 100 products are displayed for both languages for all users?

Hi,

Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.

First of all, sorry for the late reply; it was due to a higher workload.

Please go to Products-> All Products, switch the language to Arabic, and make sure that all products are published, not drafts.

Best regards,
Osama

Hi,

I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

❌ Please back up your database and website ❌

✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.

✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.

Best regards,
Osama

Hi,

Thanks for the access details. Please check if the product number is shown correctly on the hidden link">Arabic shop page.

The issue might be a caching issue because the number is shown correctly after deactivating all plugins except WPML and WooCommerce and then activating them again.

Best regards,
Osama
