I read the previous ticket and it seems that there is a compatibility issue with the Sticky Mini Warenkorb For WooCommerce plugin.
To be able to report the compatibility issues we need to replicate the issue on a clean installation.
I created a clean installation of WordPress, Woocommerce, WPML, and all necessary WPML add-ons.
You can access the WordPress dashboard using the link below:

Kindly follow the steps below:
- Install and setup the plugin
- Try to replicate the issue.
This will help us to report the probable issue to the compatibility team and solve the possible problem faster.
Just to be on the same page, the plugin in question is not listed as a compatible plugin, so it is recommended that you also contact the plugin developers and ask for help there.
That way you will tackle the issue from both sides and they might have some insight as they know the codebase better.
I have an answer from the compatibility team and it seems that the issue is there even if WPML is not active.
Here is how to replicate the issue:
- Disable WPML and all WPML addons
- Go to the /shop/ page
- Add a product to the cart.
- The top right mini cart does not update.
- Reload the page and then it shows the correct data.
But if you do it inside the single product page it works:
- Go to the product single page (e.g. produkt/hoodie-with-zipper/)
- Add the product to the cart
- It will open the sticky cart and add the product will be added to the cart
If you enable WPML the result is the same, so this seems to be a bug from the plugin itself that you need to contact their support for further investigation.
so what does that mean?
It still doesn't fix my problem on the main website.
Even if we can't recreate the error on the staging site, it still happens on the main website, and when I deactivate WPML there, the problem stops.
The issue is that there is a bug happening on the plugin itself without WPML in the clean installation.
That should be addressed by the plugin developer first, and I encourage you to contact the plugin developer. You are welcome to share the steps I mentioned and the clean installation there.
Please inform us of the result of your follow-up with the plugin in question.
Meanwhile, we can take a look at your installation.
Please create a copy of your website and provide the login information int he next answer so we can check.
Thanks.
